Warranty Coverage
We offer a 6-month warranty on eligible items. Please note:
- Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects. It does not cover physical damage, wear and tear, or user-related issues such as scratches, dents, or misuse.
- Screen protectors and certain other accessories are not covered under warranty.
Defects Within Two Weeks:
- If your product encounters a manufacturer defect within two weeks of purchase, we will provide a full refund or replacement with no issues.
After Two Weeks:
- Warranty claims will follow the guidelines set by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC):
- Minor Issues: Eligible for a one-time exchange.
- Major Issues: Eligible for a full refund.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your items carefully before completing your order.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
